Who We Are
The Community Garden is a 'not-for-profit' voluntary community project providing raised growing beds for local people. The garden features a community orchard, a large soft fruit bed, a wild flower bank, art installation, a children's area, a poly-tunnel, a greenhouse, cold frames and storage facilities. The Community Garden is run by volunteers via a constituted committee of seven with a Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. The accounts are independently audited.

Forest School Area
The garden has a 'Forest School' outdoor classroom area used by local primary schools, childminders and Forest School groups as well as for outdoor art sessions.
The Green Room
The Community Garden has an indoor space, a large garden room, overlooking the park. It is available for hire for therapy/counselling/teaching & learning/Home School sessions. Contact the Community Garden for further details: maryonparkcommunitygarden@gmail.com

Outdoor Art
The Community Garden and Outdoor Art
The Maryon Park Community Garden, is a centre for outdoor art with installations in the growing area. The Forest School is used for outdoor art workshops and art therapy sessions. The Green Room is available for workshops, therapy and educational sessions..
